2025 community palliative outreach to Nkwoachara Autonomous Community in Ohuhu Umuahia Abia state. we shared over 400 5kg of rice with condiments to the over 400 family. December 22nd 2025.
On December 21st 2024 Eze Elect Dr. Mac and Lolo Dr. Ebele Okwah were able to do health outreach. This is something we started in 2015 and have continued yearly. This time however, we partnered with MICJEE Community Development initiative in Umuahia and we served the whole Nkwoachara Autonomous community. This was bigger than what
M&E foundations medical mission 2018 was very successful. We did a lot of health screenings, teaching and treating chronic, mild, and acute illnesses.

A team of doctors, medical professionals and other support personnel carried out a medical mission trip to Umuahia, Abia State Nigeria to help the people in the medically deprived area who have no access to or the means to afford medical treatment.
